All players and their respective In-Charge must submit a hardcopy of the participation letter, passport-size photograph, and Aadhaar Card or valid Government ID proof. Entry will not be permitted without complete documentation.

A minimum of 10 teams is mandatory for any sports category to be conducted. If the required number is not met, the event may be cancelled or merged.

Accommodation for outstation players has been arranged in schools, colleges, and dharamshalas, and will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis.

All teams must report at the venue at least 60 minutes prior to their scheduled match or event time.

Players must maintain discipline and proper sportsmanship throughout the event. Any form of misconduct or indiscipline may lead to immediate disqualification.

All participants must meet the eligibility criteria defined for their respective sports category, and the organizing committee reserves the right to verify age and identity at any time.

Teams are required to bring their own sports kits, uniforms, and necessary equipment unless stated otherwise by the organizers.

Participants should ensure they are medically fit to play. The organizing committee will not be responsible for any injuries or health issues during the event.

The decision of referees and the Bhadohi Mahotsav Committee will be final and binding in all matters related to the event.

All registrations must be completed before the official deadline. Late entries will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Any damage caused to accommodation or event venue property will be the responsibility of the respective team or In-Charge.

The organizing committee reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel any event due to unavoidable circumstances.

Participation in the event implies full acceptance of all the above rules, guidelines, and terms and conditions.
