The Bhadohi Mahotsav 2026 is a grand three-day celebration scheduled to begin on May 15, 2026. This event serves as a prestigious stage where the district’s 400-year-old weaving legacy meets contemporary Indian culture, drawing artisans, exporters, and art enthusiasts from across the globe.

Bhadohi, nestled in the heart of Uttar Pradesh, is celebrated globally as the Carpet Capital of India. For over 400 years, master artisans have been crafting exquisite hand-knotted carpets that adorn palaces, embassies, and homes across the world.
Bhadohi Mahotsav 2026 brings together this rich weaving heritage with a grand celebration of Indian culture — featuring classical performances, folk arts, culinary traditions, and the biggest carpet trade exhibition in the country and the largest exporter.
Yoga sessions will be held from 5:30 AM to 7:00 AM, from 15th to 17th May 2026.
Half Marathon (25K) will be held on 16th May 2026, starts from Abhayanpur Maidan, Bhadohi -Varanasi Road, Bhadohi to Sandeep Palace, Gopiganj
All sports events will run from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM from 15th to 17th May 2026, with a lunch break from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM.

Sita Samahit Sthal
